We are dedicated to provide you the best services but there are times when things go wrong. We try our level best that there are no situations arising when you are not satisfied with what you have received or you find a difference between what you have ordered and what you have received.
But at any time due to some unavoidable circumstances you are unsatisfied with what you have received then contact us at the earliest and we will gladly assist you to find out a solution with mutual consent. If you find your hosting package is not as committed, get in touch with us within7 days from activation date of your hosting service.
On receiving your e-mail, our sales team will get in touch with you and try to provide you service as committed at the time of order but if you are still not satisfied with it your hosting payment will be refunded and your services will be deactivated. Dedicated Server There are no refunds on dedicated servers.
The 7 days money back policy do not apply on dedicated servers because of the nature of the service. However refund is only possible in case of an accident from our side with your server being offline for 72 hours or more due to that. Domain Registration and Transfers There is no refund on domain registration or domain renewals or in domain transfer. Cancellations and Refunds.
NOTE: There will be no refund if our services are used in any kind of illegal activities, like bulk mailing, email marketing, spamming, fraud, phishing, scamming, malicious activity, DDOS, hacking e,t,c Payment Methods If you make the payment by Wire Transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, Checks or Money Order. The process of refund can take a little longer and in some cases we may have to make refund by some alternate methods. i.e we can make a refund to your HostCart account instead, which can be used for purchasing of any other service e.t.c. Cancelation Process In case you are not satisfied by our hosting service you can cancel your hosting account within 7 days by giving us a written notice either by opening a ticket from Client Area or by sending us an email to support@HostCart.com with subject line "Cancellation and Refund". Note: We do not accept any cancellation request after 7 days.
Once we have received your request and confirmed all the necessary information with you we will process your request within 24 hours and will notify you in written typically by email that your hosting is cancelled and the refund is processed. You will receive a notification from us by email that your refund is processed.
Termination We may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, without notice in the event that: You fail to pay any fees due. You violate this Agreement. Your conduct may harm HostCart or the users/clients of HostCart i.e by spamming, brute force attacks, ddos attack e.t.c or As otherwise specified in this Agreement.
In such event, HostCart shall not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such termination.
Additionally, We may charge you for all fees due for the Services for the remaining portion of the then current term. UPON TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON, USER CONTENT, USER WEBSITES, AND OTHER DATA WILL BE DELETED WITH PROVIDING NO BACKUP TO USER. Changes to this Policy.
