Unpaid renewals may suspend the VPS. Suspended services are not reachable until payment clears.
1. Pay overdue invoices.
2. Wait for status to return to Running (or contact support).
3. Check SSH/RDP again.
Long delays may risk data loss per Terms — renew on time.
